T&T CONVEYOR is suitable for the tobacco, luxury goods, pharmaceutical, and FMCG industries - anywhere serialization and aggregation are required.

The machine is designed for aggregating packs into bundles for “clear wrap” products, where both pack and bundle are wrapped in transparent PP film. It is typically installed between the over-wrapper and the case packer on the packaging line.

It features the Hermos HITS aggregation platform with high-resolution Cognex cameras and is compatible with any type of label printer-applicator, depending on customer requirements. The device ensures proper bundle separation at the inlet for accurate code reading, applies bundle labels precisely and reads pack codes from the front, rear, or top of the bundle for aggregation. Faulty bundles are rejected. The line stops automatically after consecutive aggregation errors.

System status is indicated via a signal tower, with detailed diagnostics on the HMI. Opening any guard or moving the printer during operation immediately stops the device and displays a graphical message explaining the reason.
